Therapy Modalities

A short summary of the key features when working with patients with specific types of visual problems include:

AMBLYOPIA:
Visual acuity and contrast improvement, monocular in a binocular field activities, speed and accuracy of saccades, pursuits, visual prediction and visual information processing.

VISUALLY RELATED LEARNING AND ATTENTIONAL PROBLEMS:
Speed and accuracy of saccades and pursuits, automaticity of number, letter and word naming, central-peripheral integration, sustained visual attention, eye-hand coordination, rhythm, and visual and auditory sequencing, memory and integration.

SPORTS VISION ENHANCEMENT:
Decreased motor latency and increased hand speed. Improved central-peripheral integration, visual prediction, speed and accuracy of pursuits, saccades, sustained visual attention, and eye-hand coordination.

TBI/ABI: Target field loading of patients with visual field loss and visual spatial neglect, Speed and accuracy of saccades and pursuits, automaticity of number, letter and word naming, sustained visual attention, eye-hand coordination, central-peripheral integration, rhythm, and visual and auditory sequencing, memory and integration.

Five Therapy Categories
Each category features several specific VT programs.

Therapy Modalities
Provides immediate feedback directly to the patient. Uses both auditory and visual stimuli.

Selectable Parameters
Allows you to quickly modify the visual demand of the VT procedure.

Touch Activated Rotator
Visual Abilities Remediated/Enhanced in the Rotator Program

Programmable Metronome
Provides immediate feedback directly to the patient. Uses both auditory and visual stimuli.

Tachistoscope
Stimuli includes numbers,
letters and words.

Numbers/Letters/Word Saccades
Builds skill in saccadic accuracy and develops automaticity. Red stimuli on black background provide 100% cancellation.

Visual Motor Expansion Module
Visual Abilities Remediated/Enhanced in the VISUAL MOTOR MODULE

New Graphing Feature
Allows you to track and document your patient's improvement over time.

Charts Expansion Module
Allows you to chart and document your patient's improvement over time.
